He stated further that APC Caretaker National Chairman, Mai Mala Buni is not left out in the bid to drag Jonathan to the broom party.

Okai made the remark while also rubbishing claims by the Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed on the fight against insurgency.

Mohammed had claimed that the security situation in Nigeria has improved when compared to what was obtainable during the tenure of Jonathan.

Okay berated the minister’s comment, describing it as unfortunate lies from an old man.

“He is still blaming Jonathan while his party is begging same Jonathan to join them, so they would give him the presidential ticket.

“Are you not aware that they are lobbying Jonathan? That APC governor, Mai Mala Buni is romancing Jonathan and begging him to join APC so they would give him an automatic ticket?

“Now they are begging him and claiming that they are doing better; so why are you lobbying him?”
