The counsel to the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, Aloy Ejimakor, has reacted to the detention of members of the group in Ghana.
Ejimakor, while reacting to the development, assured that the members of IPOB who were arrested during a meeting in Ghana will be defended until they are released.
Recall that security operatives in Ghana invaded the venue of the meeting which was held around Mallam Junction in Accra penultimate Sunday, and arrested members of the group.

The Ghana police, however, did not reveal the reason for their arrest.
The arrested members of the separatist group were seen in a video singing a pro-Biafra solidarity song.
The arrested IPOB members were taken to a police station in Accra and thereafter profiled.
Ejimakor, in his reaction to the development, said the group is doing everything to save the detained IPOB members.
The lawyer, in a post on his Twitter account on Monday, wrote, “Update on #IPOB Ghana: A few days ago, I sent to the DOS (via @ChinasaNworu) certain legal documents critical to the defence of the faithful currently distressed in Ghana. The goal is to quickly secure their freedom and prevent their ‘rendition to injustice’ in Nigeria.”
