Chief Dan Ulasi “Okosisi Nnewi”, the Chairman Igwe Nnewi Royal Cabinet and the initiator of Nnewi Agenda was kidnapped Sunday evening, around Amichi on his way back to Enugu after the Igwe Nnewi Royal Cabinet meeting.
Narrating his ordeal to Ikedojibp Chief Dan Ulasi who was later released this morning and his car made away with said he noticed the kidnappers trailed him from the palace and knew he was returning to Enugu.
According to Okosisi Nnewi he was intercepted around Amichi, connecting to Awka-Etiti and the kidnappers quickly called those around Awka Etiti to notify that they finally have him in custody.
Okosisi Nnewi who though had his face covered listened to every single phone conversation and it appears the kidnappers where taking order from a boss.

He initially thought they must be heading to Imo State, but was trying to mislead him with their numerous phone calls; however, after the dropped him off on instruction of the boss, he finally concluded that the kidnapping was directed at making away with his vehicle and other valuables therein.
Chief Dan Ulasi who thank God that he was finally released was kidnapped alongside with his driver and he is finally home recovering from the nasty experience and Sacrilegious humiliation.
