Hunmen have killed a Chairman of All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA), and set his vehicle ablaze in Nnobi, near Nnewi Anambra State.
According to reports made available to Anaedoonline.ng, Hon. Chukwuemeka Ezenwa Benjamin Nwokenagu popularly known as Eze-B, APGA Chairman in Uruagu Ward 1, in Nnewi North was murdered in Nnobi with five others whose vehicles were also set on fire.
Chukwuemwka Nwokenagu who was driving a vehicle branded with Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA), 2021 Governorship Candidate, was said to be on his way back to Nnewi, before he was killed.
Our correspondent gathered that although sympathizers rushed him to hospital, the hospital (Name Withheld) rejected him, while confirming his death.
Eze-B whose corpse was dumped in Alor near St. John. Church, was recovered early this morning by a group of youths from Uruagu Nnewi.
