Have you marked the 5th of January, 2022 in your calendar yet, or are waiting for people to tell you the story? Wondering what is special about that day? It is the Igbo Ezue Carnival day. The Igbo Ezue Carnival is the first of its kind in Igboland, themed ‘Aku Lue Uno’, a unique showcase of the rich of the Igbo people.
The carnival is been sponsored by three illustrious Igbo sons currently making waves in Nigeria Obi Cubana of Cubana Group, Ned Okonkwo of NedCOMOAKS Real Estate Group, and E-Money of Five Star group. These Igbo billionaires keep setting the standard of Grandiose, Flamboyance, and Glamour in the hospitality industry.
This carnival is following on the heels of Obi Cubana Mum’s burial which was a talk of the town, turning into a carnival over night. Ned Okonkwo’s wife took to her Instagram to talk about the carnival and its movement which will cut across three cities in Anambra State, Ojoto, Uli and Oba.

We must unite in our resolve to develop a future for Our people by developing a world-class city cum business hub, to continually oil the fabric of development to be a catalyst for the growth and investment in all sectors; from commerce, industry, hospitality, manufacturing, construction, technology and finance; needed to stimulate an economy built by the easterners for the easterners and all Nigerians.
This can only work if we have a safe and secured South Eastern Nigeria.
