`One of Nigeria’s biggest airlines, Air Peace, is been dragged online by displeased customers over ineptitude and unprofessional service on different occasions.
A Nigerian Lawyer by the name of Bibian Pius Urum, took to her Facebook page to call out Air Peace Airlines for their unwarranted rescheduling of her flight which she had booked months earlier to a later day. This is not the first she has complained about the airline, barely a week ago, she narrated her unpleasant ordeal with the airline changing the time of her flight more than three times which nearly resulted in her missing her flight on 5 days ago.
She lamented on the poor customer service of the airline including how they suspended sharing of snacks on their flight since the onset of the C0VID-19 Pandemic.

On this very day, Ms. Bibian Urum has gone ahead to send an official email to the airline threatening sue should she miss her flight. Here is a copy of her mail where she copied the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) and the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA)
Today seems to be a very bad day for Air Peace as they are also been called out on Twitter by one Harri Obi. Mr. Obi took to his page to vent out his frustrations on how Air Peace canceled his flight in his presence and invited Atilogwu dancers for their 7 years anniversary.
The comment sections were of course filled with shared experiences of the airline’s poor service.
