The Ghanaian lady took her man to an uncompleted building where they made out before she proposed.
In the video, after kissing, the young girl knelt down and proposed to the guy who looked so lost and unaware of what was happening at the moment.

It is however unclear if it was a genuine proposal or if the act was recorded just for social media clout.
