Most. Rev. Jonas Benson Okoye who will be replacing Most Rev. Dr. Hilary Paul Odilinyechukwu as the New Catholic Bishop of Nnewi Diocese, was gifted the brand car during the Gala night held in his honor at Innoson residence, yesterday.
According to Chief Innocent Chukwuma, the brand new IVM G80 which is worth 53 Million Naira was his own welcome package for the Bishop, which he believes will aid the Ministry of the Bishop in the Nnewi Diocese.

The short ceremony had the presence of the Apostolic Nunciature to Nigeria in the person of His Eminence Antonio Guido Filipazzi, Catholic Bishops Conference of Nigeria (CBCN) ably led by the President- Most Rev Augustine Akubueze, and over 40 other Bishops from different parts of Nigeria.
Bishop Jonas Benson Okoye who was born in 1963 to the family of Mr. Patrick and Mrs. Theresa Anazoba Okoye of Amata clan in Adazi-Nnukwu, Anaocha Local Government Area of Anambra State, will be installed as the Catholic Bishop of Nnewi Diocese, later today.
