The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has stated that some members of Senior Staff of the Fidelity Bank PLC have hacked into the bank system, defrauded and stolen over 870 million naira, belonging to customers, within three days.
The four identified prime suspects, who have pleaded “not guilty” to the charges include Olusegun Babasola, Abisola Ahmed, Uchechukwu Uma and Jude Aphaeus.

The EFCC alleged that they were instrumental to the cloning of ATM cards and authorization of inordinate withdrawals.
They are still standing trials.
