Imo State Governor Hope Uzodinma has apologised to his predecessor, Rochas Okorocha.
Uzodinma has offered an olive branch to all disgruntled stakeholders in the state, including Okorocha, he added.
The Governor stated on Channels TV on Monday that he had no personal grudge towards the Imo West Senator.

Uzodinma invited people who had been wronged to join him in working for the good of the state.
His predecessor was characterized by the Governor as his brother, who succeeded him as a Senator.
“Okorocha is my brother,” says the narrator. He now sits in the Senate seat that I vacated. I have nothing against him personally.
“All I’m asking is that you forgive and forget, even if I’ve done something that hasn’t gone down well with him or anyone else.” He said, “Let us join together to work for our people.”
Okorocha and Uzodinma have had a tense relationship since becoming power.

Uche Nwosu, Okorocha’s son-in-law, was detained by security personnel in January.
Okorocha has accused Uzodinma of being responsible for the killings in the State by unknown gunmen after Nwosu’s detention.
