During his swearing-in on Thursday, Anambra State’s new governor, Charles Soludo, slammed some noisemakers.
Those creating a racket during the swearing-in ceremony were asked to leave, according to Soludo.
Former Governor of Nigeria’s Central Bank, CBN, stated that Anambra State will be a law-and-order state during his tenure.

“Can we tell those who are creating noise in the back that if they are not for the event, they should go because the Anambra we are talking about is a place of law and order,” Soludo says.
Soludo was sworn in by the state’s Chief Judge, Justice Onochie Anyachebelu, at the Anambra State Government House.
The event was witnessed by several dignitaries, including the immediate past Governor, Chief Willie Obiano and his wife, Mrs Ebelechukwu, and all the 30 members of the Anambra State House of Assembly.
