Senator Dino Melaye, a former Kogi lawmaker, has attacked the All Progressives Congress (APC) ahead of the party’s national convention.
Expectations are high, according to Anaedoonline.ng, and all eyes are on the ruling party ahead of the APC national convention on Saturday, March 26 in Abuja.
Dino, on the other hand, criticized the APC on Twitter in the late hours of Thursday, saying the party will be holding a “disintegration convention.”

He predicted that there will be plenty of drama during the occasion.
“APC DISINTEGRATION CONVENTION IS ON SATURDAY,” he wrote. OMO, WE ARE NOT GOING TO SEE THE END OF THE FILM. SDM”
Meanwhile, the APC has announced that political appointees who were elected as delegates to the party’s national conference on Saturday will not be able to vote.
According to Anaedoonline.ng, they would be allowed to attend the conference as observers.
The position was announced in a statement on Thursday via the APC National Convention’s official Twitter handle, which is administered by the party’s organizing committee’s digital communications sub-committee.

The instruction was issued by the Caretaker Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC), which is chaired by Governor Mai Mala Buni.
This is to avoid any legal complications as a result of the controversies surrounding Section 84 (12) of the Electoral Act of 2022, according to the statement released.
