BREAKING: Bomb Explosion Rocks Imo Commissioner’s Residence

Unknown gunmen attacked the country house of Imo State Commissioner for Labour and Productivity, Ford Ozumba, on Friday.

According to Anaedoonline.ng, a home in Umuhu, Okabia village in the state’s Orsu Local Government Area was targeted with explosive explosives.

There were no casualties in the attack as of the time of reporting this story, but the house was destroyed to the ground.

This comes two weeks after the bombing of the Umuguma Divisional Police Headquarters in the state’s Owerri West Local Government Area.

Two police officers who were on duty died as a result of the incident.

It was gathered that the gunmen attacked the divisional headquarters with guns and explosive materials.

A further report had it that the gunmen after blocking the roads leading in and out of the station immediately opened fire at the divisional headquarters.

It added that residents of the affected area run into bushes out of fear of being hurt by stray bullets and weapons.
