FIFA has allegedly banned the MKO Abiola National Stadium in Abuja as a result of the invasion and damage of the stadium’s amenities.

Angry supporters went on a rampage and vandalized stadium facilities on Tuesday in protest at the Super Eagles’ failure to qualify for the Qatar 2022 World Cup, according to Anaedoonline.ng.

Despite attempts by security personnel to prevent the collapse of law and order, the enraged supporters vandalized other facilities in the 60,000-seat stadium.
