The arrested leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, will have his bail plea heard by the Federal High Court in Abuja on May 18 and 26.
On Friday, Justice Binta Nyako said this.
Remember that on Friday, Justice Nyako dismissed 8 of the 15 criminal charges leveled against Nnamdi Kanu, the self-proclaimed leader of Biafra.

The judge dismissed the eight counts, claiming that the proof of evidence did not establish a relationship between him and the allegations.
While ruling on a preliminary objection brought by the Biafran leader against all of the allegations, Justice Nyako exonerated Kanu from the eight counts.
“I have read the counts and counts 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 14 have not disclosed any offence against the defendant.
“‘Counts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8 and 15 shows some allegations. The court shall proceed to try the defendant on those count, ” the Judge ruled.
