Mr Charles Chukwu, a young guy, was reportedly killed down by a suspected hired assassin in Abakaliki yesterday.
His wedding date was set on April 23rd. He is from the Ebony state town of Ikwo.
‘He owned two businesses, one on the street where he sold provisions and the other at the international market in Abakaliki,’ according to his brother. He was killed at one of his stores after he had closed for the evening. He and his wife had shut their business, but as he was getting into his car, several unidentified individuals on a motorcycle raced up to him and shot him twice.’

Meanwhile, In another story, Peter Nwachukwu, the late gospel singer Osinachi’s husband, has refuted the claims of domestic violence leveled against him.
Recall, the prominent singer, died on Friday after reportedly being in a coma for five days as a result of her husband’s abuse.
Colleagues and children of Osinachi, who worked at the Dunamis International Headquarters in Abuja as a lead vocalist, verified the charges, accusing Peter Nwachukwu of domestic abuse and cruelty.
