Whitemoney, the winner of Big Brother Naija Shine Your Eye, has denied rumours that he will run for president in the 2023 general election.

The reality star announced this on Instagram after posting a video of himself buying food from a roadside seller, which sparked outrage on social media.

Some followers of the reality star speculated that the 29-year-old Enugu native was running for a political office and had chosen a roadside food cart as a plan to win people’s hearts.

Whitemoney was seen on the footage strolling into a roadside eatery, ordering a meal, and then stopping to speak with several folks.

Captioning the video, Whitemoney noted that he is not running for president or any political position, but just decided to eat out and connect with people.

He wrote: ‘I am not running for President, I just decided to eat out the other day.’
