Mallison Afam Emmanuel Ukatu has been identified as the mysterious Drug Baron responsible for a N3 billion Tramadol shipment.

This came after the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, conducted an investigation into the actions of Abba Kyari, a disgraced police officer who was arrested earlier this year for attempting to arrange the release of confiscated cocaine with $61,000.

On Wednesday, April 13, Ukatu was apprehended on board a flight to Abuja at the MM2 terminal of the Lagos airport, Ikeja.
