Ruth Kadiri, a popular Nigerian actress, presented reasons why one Nigeria cannot actually function on Friday.

The variety of religion, tribe, and other factors have created significant divisions among Nigerians, which some have used to bring chaos in the country.

Deborah Samuel was assassinated by several Muslims at the Shehu Shagari College of Education in Sokoto for suspected blasphemy against Prophet Muhammad (SAW).

The incident has caused widespread outrage across Nigeria, with some questioning the motives of those responsible for the killing of the 200-level student.

According to Kadiri, the country’s leaders’ hands are tied, and the country’s constitution is a shambles.

The talented actress noted that this makes it impossible for a truly one Nigeria to emerge.

Kadiri wrote, “One Nigeria can truly not work, except these excesses can boldly and truly be checked. The country’s constitution is a mess.

“The leaders’ hands are tied. If we cannot find laws that stand above religion. Then it’s best we both go our separate ways.”
