The identities of APC governors who are backing Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the party’s national leader, in his bid for the presidency in 2023 have been disclosed.
According to Anaedoonline.ng, the governors have endorsed Tinubu as President Muhammadu Buhari’s successor in 2023 and have begun organizing support for him ahead of the party’s presidential primaries in Abuja.
Tinubu was reportedly approved by the 12 APC governors, who went on to sign his Expression of Interest and Presidential Nomination forms, which were filed by former Secretary to the Government of the Federation Babachir Lawal and Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

It was further learned that apart from the governors, 370 statutory delegates have also thrown their weight behind the former governor of Lagos state.
