Major Hamza Al-Mustapha, the late former Chief Security Officer of Nigeria, General Sani Abacha, has said that he has a list of fifty-six people who are “eating Nigeria like termites.”

He also stated that he will divulge their names and identities at the appropriate moment, but that the time is not yet right.

According to Al-Mustapha, the fifty-six individuals are wealthier than Nigeria, and if they take a six-month vacation, Nigeria would make progress.

During the interview, Al-Mustapha explained that he obtained the list while incarcerated at the Kirikiri jail in Lagos State, where he was doing time for claims of complicity in the murder of Kudirat Abiola, the late Chief MKO Abiola’s wife.

Furthermore, Al-Mustapha, who was freed in 2013 after the courts exonerated him of any wrongdoing and is now running for President of Nigeria on the Action Alliance (AA) platform, promised to eliminate insecurity in six months if he is elected President of Nigeria in 2023.

Even as President, he vowed to live in the Sambisa Forest to deal with the terrorists and robbers operating there.

“If I become the President, I will live in Sambisa; I will stay there during weekends, holidays and see if anyone will touch me. I will deal with the problem of insecurity no matter whose ox is gored.”

“Look at the silly act of Boko Haram, I swear if it is not possible in 6 months to deal with them, I will demote all these senior officers and send them home. They would be prosecuted and must return the money given to them. I will probe them,” he said.

He lamented that the Military has become very corrupt which has limited their operational capabilities.

“Nigerian soldiers have now become policemen and you know how corrupt our police are. So, within these six months, I will bring sanity into the way the Nigerian military operates to be able to confront emerging security threats with renewed vigour and commitment.”

Al-Mustapha claimed that President Muhammadu Buhari is a fine man who is surrounded by sycophants and crooked politicians who have rendered his efforts ineffective.

According to him, once Buhari trists someone, he does not monitor their activities, allowing politicians working with the President to destabilize the country.

“Those who surround him are the country’s issue,” he remarked.
