Apostle Johnson Suleman, a Nigerian priest, has spoken out on why Nyesom Wike lost the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) presidential primary to Atiku Abubakar.

Remember that Atiku won the primaries after beating Governor Wike, Senate President Bukola Saraki, and others.

Atiku’s victory was aided by Tambuwal’s decision to resign at the last minute to declare his support for the former vice president.

Suleman reacted to Atiku’s victory by saying that Northerners are loyal to themselves, which is why Tambuwal could withdraw from the contest and vow his support to Atiku.

Suleman said this while preaching on “The Fire That Exposes” via a live broadcast on his church handle.

He said: “You saw what played out yesterday in Abuja? Why do you think the North has been in Office and Power for many years? Even if the North is not in Office, the North will be in Power. If they are not in Power, they will be in Office. This is because the Southern region especially South South are noise makers. The North will allow you to finish making your noise then they will shock you. Atiku knew the Southerners are noise makers and he worked on it.

“They are 100% loyal to themselves, that is why Tambuwal could take such decision. All my Northern friends have not spoken ill of me but the Southerners are the ones mocking me. All the encouragements I get come from the North. They are ready to defend their friends with their lives. We should change!”
