Peter, the late popular gospel singer Osinachi Nwachukwu’s husband, revealed what murdered his wife on Friday.
Osinachi died of lung cancer, according to Mr Nwachukwu.
Nwachukwu claimed he never hit the deceased artist while being prosecuted in a High Court in Abuja.
“Let me tell the whole world, I have suffered a lot. I have been abandoned. What killed my wife was cancer of the lungs, I didn’t hit my wife.

“Cancer of the lungs killed my wife, Osinachi Nwachukwu, so I’m suffering for what I do not know, “ he spoke while being moved from the courtroom.
Nwachukwu was accused of murdering his wife after he subjected her to domestic abuse while she was still alive.
To that end, Nwachukwu was charged with a 23-count charge of domestic violence and homicide by the office of the Attorney General of the Federation, AGF.
Osinachi was autopsied at the Abuja National Hospital, but the results were turned over to the police.
Meanwhile, Nwachukwu was detained in Kuje Correctional Facility until the outcome of the trial.
