Peter was accused of breaking Sections 104 and 379 of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act (ACJA) 2015, as well as Section 221 of the Penal Code and the Violence Against Persons Prohibition Act (VAPP) 2015.
The singer’s husband has denied being responsible for his wife’s death on several occasions, saying that she died of lung cancer.
Despite his denial, the Federal Capital Territory High Court remanded Nwachukwu in Kuje Correctional Facility.
