Bloggers in Anambra State has been advised to help uphold ethic of journalism in their reportage to help in managing the effect of information in the society.
The bloggers submit which was organized by Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Anambra State Council in partnership with Life International Hospital, Awka.
The event which held on Friday 8th July, 2022, at Godwin Ezeemo International Press Center, Awka, with the theme; ‘Managing Information Crisis in the Era of Citizen Journalism’, under the Distinguished Chairmanship of Chief Demian Okeke-Ogene, National Vice President Ohaneze Ndigbo.

According to the keynote Speaker, Dr. Chinelo Udeh-Akpeh, Ph.D, the bloggers are the fifth holders of the realm and should be credible to their social responsibiltiy. She, however, applauded the bloggers for their doggedness and creativity in the technology information world but however admonished them on their social responsibility as information managers.
The key moment of the event was an educative lecture on In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) by deputy Vice Chancellor (Admin) Nnamdi azikiwe University, Awka and founder Life International Hospital, Awka and Life Specialist Hospital Nnewi.
The summit attracted the presence of Head, Corperate Communication and Affairs, IVM and Innoson Group and Publisher Anaedoonline, Mr Cornel Osigwe, the Chief Medical Director, Anambra University Teaching Hospital, Dr. Josephat Akabuike, the Managing Director Anambra Broadcasting Service, Chido Obidiegwu.

Others are the Igwe Umunya, His Royal Highness Igwe Chris Onyekwuluje, the General Manager of Nnewi based New radio station, Choice Fm, Mr Elvis Chukwunonso
The speakers during the summit include, Senior Lecturer & H.O.D. Research & General Studies, NTA Television College Jos, Dr. Chinelo Ude-Akpeh, Former Managing Director, Anambra Broadcasting Service, (ABS) and Chairman, Umunna Media Limited, Chief Dr. Uche Nworah, Anambra State Commissioner of Police, Echeng Eworo Echeng, the Anambra State Director of DSS, David Enoch Pawa.
