Yusuf Lasun, the Labour Party’s candidate for governor in the Osun 2022 election, has declared that his life is in danger following an armed men break-in at his residence by unidentified intruders.
Early on Monday morning, the former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives announced this via the microblogging service Twitter.
In a tweet, Yusuf, an All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for governor in 2018 and 2022, revealed that the armed men attacked his residence in the state’s IIobu, Irepodun local government area in the early morning and started shooting sporadically.

He continued by saying that the attackers were all uniformed when they carried out the attack.
