Dunsin Oyekan, a gospel artist, has urged Nigerians to obtain their PVCs and prepare for the 2023 elections.
A few hours after Senator Kashim Shettima, a former governor of Borno State, was chosen as the All Progressives Congress (APC) vice presidential candidate, he made the decision on Monday.
Remember that on Sunday, following a private meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari in Daura, Katsina State, Bola Tinubu revealed Senator Shettima as his running partner in a press conference.

Shettima, a senator from Borno Central Senatorial District, will take over for Ibrahim Masari, whose name was submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as the ruling party’s provisional vice presidential candidate.
Dunsin via his Instagram page on Monday urged his friends who do not yet have their Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC) to arm themselves with it.
He also noted that the 2023 general elections will be a different one.
In his words; ”To all the politicians, forget it, 2023 is a different one. I’ll leave this scripture here; Prov 19’21 “Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the LORD’s purpose that prevails, Get your pvc friends!”
