Atiku Abubakar, the Peoples Democratic Party’s presidential candidate, has returned to Nigeria following a holiday in Dubai.
Shortly after the main opposition party’s presidential primary, the former vice president took a plane out of the country.
After visiting Dubai, Atiku reportedly travelled into the United Kingdom, according to Anaedoonline.ng (UK).
Atiku’s fans greeted him with chants of “Atiku is coming” and “Welcome Daddy” when he arrived at the airport.

The PDP presidential candidate is anticipated to show up at the party’s governorship event in Osun State today to drum up support for Ademola Adeleke, the party’s nominee for governor.
Iyorchia Ayu, the national chairman of the party, governors chosen on the party’s platform, and a few party leaders would be there with Atiku.
According to an earlier report by Anaedoonline.ng, Atiku’s running mate and the governor of Delta State, Ifeanyi Okowa, as well as the governors of Edo and Sokoto states and the state of Bayelsa, Duoye Diri, had already arrived in the state ahead of the rally, which will take place at the Osogbo Township Stadium.
On July 16, Osun State will have its governorship election, which Atiku and the PDP would be expecting to win.
