Senator Shehu Sani, a former congressman from Kaduna, responded to a statement made by the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) claiming that Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the church’s general overseer, has not endorsed any presidential candidates.
The church reportedly said that Adeboye did not meet with All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate Bola Tinubu for any kind of political assistance, according to an earlier report by Anaedoonline.ng.
The RCCG denied in a statement on Tuesday that it or the church had endorsed Tinubu or any other presidential contender for the 2023 elections.

After Adeboye made it plain that he will not endorse any contender, Sani responded by speculating on Twitter on Tuesday as to whether he would pray for any politician who approached him to ask for his blessing.
He wrote: “Pastor Adeboye has made it clear that he will not endorse any candidate. I don’t know if it includes praying for any candidate who comes to seek his blessing.”

Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential candidate, cannot change the nation, according to Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa.
The former governor of Anambra State is not the new face of any national change program, according to Adegboruwa, who made this claim in an opinion article on Tuesday.

The senior attorney claimed that Obi was a contributor to the issues that Nigeria’s youth were confronting and that he was not the country’s leadership crisis’s answer.
Adegboruwa stated that Obi is portraying himself as a friend of the people by capitalizing on the rage, frustration, and apathy of Nigerian youths.
The lawyer claimed that given the way Nigeria is set up now, the LP presidential candidate would fare worse than President Muhammadu Buhari.
