Peter Obi, the presidential candidate for the Labour Party (LP), may be impeached if elected, according to social analyst Reno Omokri.
Omokri claimed that because LP does not have enough senators to support Obi in the Upper Legislative chambers, he might be impeached shortly after taking office.
Omokri asked the followers of Obi to support Atiku Abubakar, the PDP’s presidential candidate, in a Facebook post.

The ardent supporter of Atiku noted that Obi and his running companion, Datti Baba-Ahmed, are PDP members as of 2019.
According to Omokri: “We love Obidients in PDP. You are like our grandchildren. We gave birth to Peter Obi and Yusuf Baba-Ahmed, and they gave birth to you.
“A stream cannot deny its source. You guys are the stream, and we are the river that feeds you.
“In fact, Obidients should vote for Atiku, because even if they vote for Peter Obi and he becomes President, which is very unlikely to happen, he won’t last on that seat without having Senators in the Senate. He could be impeached within days of being sworn in.”
