Prof. Charles Quaker Dokubo, a former Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, has died.
Dokubo reportedly died on Wednesday night in an Abuja hospital.
When reached, a trustworthy source from the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs verified the death on the condition of anonymity.
