Deji Adeyanju, a human rights activist, has come under fire from Nigerian Apostle Anselm Madubuko for persistently predicting that Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi will finish third in the 2023 election.
This comes after Deji claimed to have knowledge that former president Olusegun Obasanjo is backing Peter Obi to succeed him as president of Nigeria in 2023 via his Twitter page on Friday.
Adeyanju pointed out that Obi will finish in a distant third place in the presidential race.

He claimed that Obasanjo was the one urging people all over the world to vote for Obi.
According to the Independent National Electoral Commission’s schedule, Obi’s presidential campaign will begin next week, and he said the Balogun Owu has started raising money for it (INEC).
He continued by saying that despite Obasanjo’s backing, Obi would not win the election.
In reaction to the post, Apostle Anselm took to his Instagram to curse the activist, saying; “Deji! Obi will kill you before 2023. You hate him with passion, but you are going down.”
