In advance of the general elections in 2023, political activist Deji Adeyanju claims that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is corrupt.

According to Anaedoonline.ng, Adeyanju made the accusation in a tweet on Thursday using his Twitter account.

According to him, INEC is so corrupt that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has no chance of winning any elections in Nigeria unless it buys votes.

The activist claimed that the system is so faulty that it automatically favors the All Progressives Congress (APC) regardless of how well-liked the candidate may be.

He wrote: “INEC is so compromised to the point that even almighty PDP can never stand a chance in any election in Nigeria except they also buy votes like in Osun. No matter the popularity of the candidate, the system is so flawed that it gives APC an automatic advantage.”
