Nyesom Wike, the governor of Rivers State, has made suggestions that the five governors that fall under his camp are only fronting for PDP members who have the same expectations as the governors.
The governor further mentioned that some persons have been trying to sever ties between him and the governors of Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu, Seyi Makinde of Oyo, and Samuel Ortom of Benue.
On Monday, he revealed it at the Osisioma flyover’s commissioning ceremony in Abia State.

Wike stated that individuals attempting to join the governors’ ranks do not comprehend their “modus operandi.”
According to him ” no relationship can be bought with money. That’s why when I read on the pages of newspapers, they said people are making attempts to break my ranks, I said they don’t understand the modus operandi of what we are doing.
“If they understand the modus operandi they will not waste their time.
“If you like go and meet Ikpeazu, if you like go and meet Seyi, Ortom, Ugwuanyi, you don’t even understand the modus operandi.
