Femi Fani-Kayode (FFK), a former minister of aviation in Nigeria, and Dino Melaye, a former senator from Kogi West, have escalated their political conflict by attacking each other harshly in separate Instagram videos.

Melaye and FFK were shown in the videos released on their verified Instagram account hurling insults at one another in what some online commenters have referred to be a skit.

According to Anaedoonline.ng, FFK previously made fun of Melaye by sharing an old image of the representative for the Atiku Abubakar Campaign Organization consuming Garri on his page along with the caption: “This is Dino Melaye sipping gari when he was still struggling.

Melaye resorted to his page on Tuesday to release a video starring a few of his assistants in response to the picture shared by FFK.

Melaye’s staff begged him in the video to invite FFK to dinner, but he declined, stating, “Invite FFK for a meal?
No oo! I won’t support anyone financially.

After receiving numerous comments on Melaye’s post, FFK went back to his Instagram profile and posted his own “skit” to mock the PDP leader.

The former minister directed his security agents to act as though Melaye was asking for an audience with him in the video.

Still acting, FFK responded by asking if they had not read the signpost’s warning that “stray dogs are not allowed in.”

He emphasized this by requesting that they locate something for Melaye so that he could leave the house.
