Bola Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for president, and Kashim Shettima, his running mate, are scheduled to pay a visit to the party’s national headquarters in Abuja.

According to information obtained by Anaedoonline.ng, the APC leadership did not issue an official statement regarding the visit of the party’s presidential candidate and his running mate to the headquarters.

In contrast, numerous police vans were occupied near the secretariat’s entrance, and stern-looking security guards were posted at key intersections leading to the “Buhari House” in Wuse, Abuja.

On Wednesday at 10:00am at the secretariat, Tinubu and Shettima are anticipated to attend an APC National Working Committee (NWC) ad hoc meeting.

A source told Newsmen that Tinubu and Shettima will have the chance to review their campaign platform with the APC leadership and reassess their strategy before the political campaign, which begins on September 28, during the visit.

As a crowd control precaution and for security, the source further forewarned that the number of guests entering the secretariat would be severely limited.
