Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), requested an act from his followers on Monday ahead of his court case.

In a statement released by his lawyer, Ifeanyi Ejiofor, the IPOB leader urged his supporters to increase their prayers and supplications for him.

In the statement, Ejiofor stated that the IPOB leader’s legal team is prepared to file the lawsuit in court today.

Nnamdi Kanu is scheduled to appear in court today in the Federal Capital Territory in a suit filed against the Federal Government.

According to Ejiofor, the IPOB leader’s legal team will be led by Mike Ozekhome (SAN).

Ejiofor made the announcement on Monday after visiting Kanu at the Department of State Services headquarters (DSS).

He said, “Kanu specially requests you all to intensify your prayers and supplications and also extended his profound love and a deep sense of regard to you all.”
