After several rescheduled cancellations, the CNN interview with Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate Peter Obi really took place.

Remember that Obi’s interview with CNN’s Zane Asher was originally slated for the third of September, 2022, but it was canceled after a feature documentary on the country’s likely next prime minister, Liz Truss, was broadcast instead.

Nevertheless, following a number of cancellations, a check on the American media corporation’s station on Friday night revealed the former governor of the Anambra state on television discussing insecurity in Nigeria with Zane.

Peter Obi has responded to the survey that indicated he would win the presidency of Nigeria in 2023.

In a poll commissioned by the ANAP Foundation and performed by Ngozi Okonjo Iweala (NOI) Polls, Obi was expected to win the upcoming presidential election, according to Anaedoonline.ng.

In response, Peter Obi termed the NOI opinion survey results as a “energizer” before the official start of the presidential campaigns on September 28 in a statement released by his campaign office on Friday.

The survey, Obi continued, was “energizing for the obidient family to undertake more work ahead of the 2023 elections,” and he urged his supporters to be tenacious. Our main goal as the Obidient family is to retake and rebuild Nigeria. Every observation, whether in the form of surveys or public criticisms of our efforts, are welcome developments in order to accomplish this enormous task since they help us understand our shortcomings and strengths.
