On Monday, world leaders gathered in London for the late Queen of England Elizabeth II’s funeral.
Around 500 international dignitaries attended the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II at Westminster Abbey.
According to Anaedoonline.ng, the historic occasion was attended by world leaders from all walks of life, including Commonwealth members, Heads of State, Governors-General, Prime Ministers, and foreign royal families.
Yemi Osinbajo, the vice president of Nigeria, attended the 77th United Nations general assembly on Monday in place of President Muhammadu Buhari, who is in New York, USA (UNGA).

Joe Biden, the Vice President of the United States, attended the funeral.
However, according to report, three countries and their leaders were reportedly barred from attending the late Queen’s funeral in London on Monday.
The countries that were denied access to the historic event includes:
1. Russia (Vladimir Putin)
2. Belarus (Aleksandr Lukashenko)
3. Myanmar (Myint Swe)
Only an ambassadorial level of representation for Iran was permitted at the event.
It was highlighted that Ali Khamenei, the supreme leader of Iran, still has tense relations with the United Kingdom.

Alexander Lukashenko, the president of Belarus, was shunned because of his connection with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
