Undoubtedly, Nigerians’ most recent development represents their own special method of honoring the late monarch.

While this is going on, the Lagos State House of Assembly has urged the state government to take additional action for well-known traditional leaders both before and after their passing.

On Monday at the session, Mushin Constituency 2 representative Hon. Olawale Abdulsobur Olayiwola moved to pass the resolution.

The House Speaker, Mudashiru Obasa, also emphasized the honor of first-class royal fathers in his remarks, stating that they should be honored even though it would be difficult to accord all traditional monarchs such regard.
