2023 Presidency: See What Chimaroke Nnamani Said On Working For Tinubu

Chimaroke Nnamani, a senator from Enugu East who is a member of the National Assembly, has spoken on the issue surrounding his “political romance” with the APC.

According to Anaedoonline.ng, questions were raised when it was learned that Sen. Chimaroke Nnamani, a senior member of the main opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and a former governor of Enugu State, had been selected to the Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council.

A list that was made public on Friday included the name of the currently serving lawmaker as one of the people who make up the Local Government Directorate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council.

After first claiming that the listing was incorrect in its initial response, the APC later confirmed that the PDP Senator was in fact supporting Bola Tinubu, its presidential candidate.

A Twitter user going by the name Henry Shield questioned the congressman on Tuesday about his political devotion amid the continuing political drama.

If he was employed by Tinubu, Nnamani was directly questioned.

The former governor responded, saying he is a PDP senator, loyal to the party, and running for the same party.

He wrote: “I am a PDP Senator representing Enugu East Senatorial Zone. That is my Hustle at the moment. I am loyal to my Party and already campaigning for same.”
