In case rally participants damage school facilities, he further disclosed that anyone interested in accessing the facility would need to pay an amount of five million naira as a caution charge.
In addition, he warned political parties that any type of disturbance would not be accepted in the state and stressed how important it was for them to keep the calm throughout the election.
Wike emphasized that if permission is not requested, the local council chairman has the authority to put an end to any rally.
However, the leader of the Peoples Democratic Party vowed to punish any head of school who colludes with political parties to hold rallies without getting permission from the state legislature.
