Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, has minimized the importance of a cabal in his government if elected in 2023.
Atiku told Nigerians that he would be in charge of his government and that no cabal would be allowed.
He made the assurance while speaking with VON’s Hausa Service in the United States, US.
Atiku stressed that if elected, he would not allow any clique to steal his government, and that no group of individuals would control him.

He said: “You won’t find any cabal in my government. It is me: Waziri (Atiku) that will run the administration.”
Cabal has been a serious issue that has harmed the image of the government led by incumbent President Muhammadu Buhari.
Aisha Buhari, the president’s wife, has openly accused some of the president’s loyalists of forming a cabal that controls the country’s affairs.
