Rabiu Kwankwaso, the presidential flagbearer of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP, has arrived in the United States of America to meet with government officials ahead of the 2023 elections.
On Thursday night, the former Kano State Governor announced this using his verified Twitter account.
Sharing photos of his arrival, the NNPP candidate wrote, “I’ve just arrived for my interaction with some senior officials of the United States Government, in Washington DC”.

Other presidential candidates in the US recently included Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and Peter Obi of the Labour Party.
Similarly, as the February election approaches, the presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Tinubu, may visit the United States next week to solicit support.
