The DSS director claimed that the agency had also destroyed the bandits’ camp in Orsu, where the criminals had set up shop.

He claimed that one Mike Ahize, who he claimed to be the boss of the hoodlums in the state’s Orsu Local Government Area, was arrested as a result of the SSS agents’ repeated raids.

He claimed that when the hoodlums’ base in Orsu was destroyed, they left and moved to the Okigwe expressway’s Aku/Ihube axis, where they continued their attacks.

Ibidaminabo, however, expressed happiness over the arrest of Ejima, another commander, on Tuesday night.

“We also recovered a lot arms, ammunition and charms from him.”
