Enzo Fernandez, the star of Argentina’s bid to host the 2022 FIFA World Cup, is still a target for Chelsea, who have made their most recent offer of reportedly £87 million plus three players, including the out-of-favor winger Hakim Ziyech.
Chelsea has been linked with a number of players during the January transfer window as they attempt to revive their chances of finishing in the top four of the Premier League after a dismal first half of the season.

Record, a Portuguese publication, reports that Chelsea’s most recent bid for Fernandez is currently £87 million plus three players.
The Premier League powerhouses are offering Ziyech, who is under contract permanently, as well as the promising stars David Datro Fofana and Andrey Santos, who are on loan.
