Professor Mahmood Yakubu, the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, has stated that the 2023 general election is an election for Nigeria’s youth.
Giving a breakdown of voter registration and Permanent Voter Card collecting in Nigeria during his talk at Chatham House in London on Tuesday afternoon, Yakubu stated that records on the ground indicated that the election would be dominated by Nigerian youth.
