The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd. ), has arrived in Lagos State to launch critical projects overseen by the administration of Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
Among these projects are the Lekki Deep Sea Port, Imota Rice Mill, Blue Rail line, and the 18.75-kilometer six-lane rigid-pavement Eleko Junction to Epe Expressway.

Buhari arrived at Murtala Muhammad Airport at 3:33 p.m. on Monday.
The Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, and his deputy, Dr Obafemi Hamzat, are in attendance, as is the Governor of Ekiti State, Biodun Oyebanji, and the Governor of Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun.
The Governor of Ekiti State, Dr Kayode Fayemi, the Service Chiefs, and members of the Lagos State Executive Council are also present.
