In outlining his ideas for the health sector, the Labour Party leader stated that the problem of basic health will be addressed by focusing on preventative medicine and primary health care, as well as cooperating with non-governmental organizations and educating citizens on how to get healthcare.

When discussing his strategy for the state’s flood and waste management challenges, Rhodes-Vivour emphasized the importance of unbundling the water corporation system, having a wetland protection plan, and recycling garbage to provide an alternative source of electricity.

He also promised to build roughly 160 kilometers of rail network in four years, which he claims will help to decentralize development in Lagos, citing centralization as one of the biggest issues in the city’s development of the state.

The Labour Party’s flag bearer has stated that if elected governor, he will not tolerate the ‘agbero system,’ which he claims has produced numerous safety problems in the state.
