Orji Kalu Praises Late Emir Of Dutse

Orji Kalu, the Senate’s chief whip, expressed his condolences to Jigawa’s government and people on the passing of Alhaji Nuhu Sanusi, the Emir of Dutse.
In a message of grief, Kalu expressed his deepest sympathies to the Dutse Emirate Council and asked Allah to pardon the late Emir’s transgressions.

Kalu acknowledged the late royal father’s honorable achievements to Jigawa, Nigeria, and his society before saying that he would be remembered for his excellent leadership style.

The Emir was regarded as sympathetic, kind, and modest by Kalu, who recalled his meeting with him a few years prior.
“The death of Alhaji Nuhu Sanusi, the Emir of Dutse, is a great loss to Jigawa and to Nigeria in general.

“The late Emir was a patriotic and selfless leader, who used his position to advance the cause of the people.

“He was passionate about the growth and progress of his domain. The late emir demonstrated outstanding leadership attributes in various capacities.

“He was a rallying point for his contemporaries and the younger generation in view of his impeccable personality,’’ he said.

Kalu prayed to Allah to make Al-Jannah Firdaus the final abode for the late Emir. (NAN)
